Friction Fit is a music collective that began performing in 2025. Primarily consisting of Diego Romero-Aros, Shane Spencer and Ryan Yoder, the group features various members of Delaware groups in their live shows, with songs written collaboratively.
A core goal of the group is to encourage audience participation, with additional percussion, drums and instruments handed out at the start of shows to help invite the audience to participate.
The group played their first show in January 2025, with plans to tour and record later in the year. A demo version of their song "Premonitions" is featured on the Impetus compilation Between Two Cities.
